Hi, I am very sorry you have had a bad experience however I was not the mechanic who diagnosed the job originally, I was actually the one who found and correctly identified the issue. This review maybe justified but your issue is with the mechanic who missed diagnosed the fault and only offered you a partial refund, not myself. I would hope that I gave you a better experience. As you can see from previous reviews left for me i strive to give customers the best experience possible. This review has been posted to the incorrect profile.
