Yes he was. He answered all of our questions and was very friendly. He dealt mainly with my Wife who appreciated the regular updates and professional attitude. He phoned with collection time, when the car was ready to be returned and when he was back in our car park. He was also helpful with parking his vehicle around a friend's due to parking restrictions at our home.

I have a leak from the water pump housing which was not apparent before I took the car in for a cam belt change and replacement water pump. I have to return the car to the garage and pay for repairs at my cost
