Mark was very friendly and helpful, running through a number of checks to try and identify the issue.
Unfortunately the issue that was subsequently uncovered could not be fixed on the day itself due to volume of works but a far better service than I had received from the dealership themselves.

Mark arrived on time and went straight to work after informing me who he was and what he was there to do. Mark was very polite and quickly finished the work. When done, he informed me what he had done. Mark also cleaned the hubs when the wheels were off -over and above service that you don't get at with all auto mechanics.
