New Clutch & Flywheel 6 hour job. Mechanic booked for Friday, He gets it wrong and turns up Sunday. Takes car to bits. I can't get the parts today it's Sunday, be back tomorrow. Day 2, No sign of mechanic and no communication, at 3:00pm he texts and informs us that he's still getting parts and cant fix it today as running out of daylight. Day 3, arrives with wrong clutch plate, over 3 hours later returns with correct clutch plate. Finishes job at about 5:30 pm. 3 days to do a 6 hour job. Income lost due to self employment and no transport to get husband to work. Does shambolic sound far. I think so.

I have to rely on motor factors supplying correct parts Sussex engine supplies failed us both now I do not use them. Sorry for delay.

The only issue I would raise is the lack of contact if delays occur as happened here. The work was good and customer service excellent.
I have 33 years of car repair experience, once I left school, I went straight to college where I obtained my City and Guilds Level 3 Certification I then worked on motorcycles and cars for 9 years. I also have several motorcycle maintenance diplomas - 2 stroke, 4 stroke and rotary engines. I've been self employed since 1992 and have owned a motorcycle shop along the way.
I an now running my own mobile business along with my sons and I can cover any job at the roadside. Gear box replacements, clutch replacements, engine changes and bodywork including welding and spraying all at the roadside. I like to give each of my customers and their vehicles my complete attention while I am with them in order to give complete customer satisfaction as far as possible. Whilst I endeavour to give an accurate time of arrival sometimes this proves difficult if a job previous to yours takes a little longer.
