Jordan fitted new brake discs and pads to my son's car. He carried out the work very efficient, and was really friendly. When he was finished, he explained about using the brakes steadily, for around 100 miles.

I hope as extremely unhappy with the work done by Jordan . I don’t like leaving bad reviews but it has cost me nearly £1000 to put right . I had 2 cracks in my windscreen that weren’t there before Jordan did any work although he denies causing damage . Also the timing chain has had to be replaced and the oil replaced and the filters , the car was only booked in for a service and shock absorbers . I have taken the car to another mechanic who has checked the car over and put everything right for me costing me almost £1000 . So I definitely wouldn’t recommend Jordan and definitely wouldn’t use click mechanic again.

Ok well very sorry to read this given the last conversation you told me And I quote “well the cracks must have been there”
As I also explained my reputation speaks for itself not only on click mechanic but on other networks if we broke a windscreen it would cost approximately ÂŁ120 and we would replace it no questions asked!!!
And as for the timing chain unfortunately due to lack of maintenance it needed replacing! A service will not cure a timing chain rattle that bad
Very dis heartened that people in your position feel the need to bad mouth a good business that is going well!
Very sorry for your troubles but unfortunately this wasn’t our fault!!
In this trade you can’t please all customers and from time to game garages or mechanics wi get bad reviews however I’m outraged at your faults review!!!
Along with your son calling me telling me I was at your house at 8:00 when I’m actual fact didn’t arrive until 10:09 am!
