Had to reschedule a few times but communication was good. Problem was diagnosed but mechanic adviseDo that work done by Audi. Fixed the programming issue with duplicate key which was good. Polite and punctual.

I was looking to buy a 17 seater minibus which already undergo a regular psv check bylaw every 8 weeks to ensure roadworthiness

The reason I ordered a pre purchase inspection was that I live 2 hrs away from the vehicle I was looking to buy but on the MOT certificate it said it had an engine warning light on which was my main reason to get a mechanic to go look at the vehicle but on the mechanics report he was unable to fully diagnose engine light fault because the battery went flat and said he had no battery pack available or jump leads (a mechanic that does not carry jump leads or battery pack???) to restart the vehicle.

After receiving the report I tried to phone the mechanic on the number provided 3 times and left a voice mail for him to call me and he didn't!.

So basically it was a waste of money as I knew the vehicle would be in good roadworthiness just wanted to know what the engine light was on for ??????

Was told it glow plugs put glow plugs in still not running so I am back square one and back to the garage for some one to put it right this time. When you call someone out to your van you expect him to turn up with the kit to do the job for you.

pointless visit. could not repair the fault

Did the job quickly & efficiently, did what the AA couldn't or wouldn't!

This is my first experience. Not sure what to expect. The problem I identified was not found and therefore remains. This will need further investigation
