After an engine fault I made my booking online on Saturday afternoon & amazingly Gareth was able to come & diagnose my issue on Sunday afternoon dot on time, less than 24 hours later. He was very professionally & gave me some very beneficial advice on my vehicle. I am very please to have discovered Clickmechanic. No issues with Gareth, punctual and seemed to be the only mechanic in the south west who knew what he was doing in regards to glow plugs DO effect dpf regen...nearly every garage I had seen prior to this said different so was pleased that at last someone knew what they were talking about....Unfortunately wasn't able to change my plugs for me due to fear of being snapped.. I now have to pay out again to get them done again...Just wish that when accepting jobs that they had facilities
