I didn't get his name - sorry - but apart from that the mechanic was very friendly and kept me informed on progress he was making. He tackled the job with a professional attitude and without any delay he made a start and didn't stop until the job was finished.

Replaced rear coil springs. I am happy with their work, and would use them again.

The work was completed in good time , but without the availability of car lifts and only using car jacks a full inspection including the removal of the wheels was not completed which was disappointing . The exact technical knowledge of the mechanic I could not access as no technical conversation took place.

no one showed in the given time(2pm - 4pm) and I received no update until I emailed. I was told they had trouble with the parts and felt I could have been advised this earlier as I had taken time of work and had to do so again the next day for the new slot, and this is what I give the 3 stars for. However the mechanic earned the 5 stars for quality. Turned up nice and early the following day and he did a great job. Friendly, communicative, clean, tidy and safe and based on his performance I would use click mechanic again. Finally I would add that I thought the value for money was 5 stars too
