Ford Transit Custom Battery replacement (Both as its a twin battery set up)

He was booked between 10 & 12 , arrived 12-15 without any communication , no apology for being late , fitted the batteries but fitted one lead crooked so he was unable to fit and bolt the retraining bracket to hold the batteries down , I re aligned the positive lead and bolted down the retaining plate. Otherwise fine
