Nissan Juke Diagnostic Inspection

The mechanic was friendly but my issue was not fixed . It is better to inform the customer regarding the problems of the car before agreeing to the job. I have paid £90 but no work was carried out as they couldn't fix the problem . Since they were not familiar with automatic shifter , you should specifically mention that you can't repair auto vehicles .

Hi, Please remember this was a diagnostics payment only. Sorry you feel you received a poor service. We pride ourselves on honest and integrity.
We spent 3 hours trying to diagnose your car. Then we phoned you and you informed us that it had been in other garages and never fixed. We found a part missing which you had then bought to us and we fitted at no cost. So we cured one problem. We had to cure that before we moved on to the other issue which we diagnosed a gearbox internal issue. Over 4.5 hours spent on this and because we weren’t given the whole story in the beginning. Knowing you had the parts that were removed would have saved a lot of time.
Please always give the garage the full story to save time and money.
