Gary was great - drove to Brixton to get the part we needed and fixed everything really fast so we could get to our family lunch on time! Friendly and helpful, and knows his stuff - diagnosed fault very quickly.

Thank God that I discovered Clickmechanic! After being quoted almost £1000 to replace my head gasket, I was considering selling my car but then I came across this site. I was quited less than half of what my local garage quoted! Gary, the very nice mechanic came and took my car to his garage. As it was a big job it had to stay in the garage for a few days but well worth the wait. He brought my car back to me all fixed!!!! Thank you thank you thank you Clickmechanic. You saved me from having to get a loan to purchase a new car. Definitely will be using in future!

A confident mechanic

mechanic came 1 hour later, checked the car and offered to tow car away and charge £190 for a new starter motor plus 2 hours work… (about £100 pounds more than my local garage)... and never called us back… i really needed the car fixed urgently that why i tried this webpage but won't use this site again as it did not give me any further assistance after a basic £50 diagnostic even that i was willing to pay silly money to get it fixed on the day… in the end had to rent a car anyway...
