Ian was amazing, he called me before he got to the car and after and sent me videos and pictures of the car. Things were high lighted that I would have never have seen. Ian arrived earlier than expected in an impressive looking van which had been fitted out to accommodate a wide range of tools and equipment necessary to carry out his role as a mobile mechanic. As soon as he began to work, which involved replacing front brake discs, brake pads and a ball joint it was evident he demonstrated knowledge , skills and was very meticulous. Whilst replacing the parts he patiently cleaned and lubricated surfaces and when he encountered a stubborn torx screw securing the disc he dealt with the problem with ease.
He was a tidy careful worker with a pleasant personality who explained exactly what he was doing. Overall I was very impressed and delighted with his workmanship. I would recommend him to anyone and would use him again. Read more

Ian was first rate, repair to broken electric window mechanism, tidy job and done in time said it would take. Called beforehand to update on time of arrival, wiped down whole area had been working on afterwards. At this time when usual garage closed, ideal having knowledgeable mechanic come out to fix the window.
