Sean was extremely helpful, very friendly and communicated with me well. Would highly recommend.

Sean was friendly enough. Ran the diagnostics and gave me some suggestions as to how the issues found could be dealt with but unfortunately was not able to be able to offer to fix them himself either then or for another week, so I am having to find another mechanic. I guess this is a timing issue but maybe Click Mechanic could build into their system some provision to actually offer a fix to any issues discovered after plugging in diagnostics. Ideally at the same time of within a day or two. The service feels a bit disjointed. I requested this visit as a diagnostic, but I did so only because there was no listing on the website that matched the problem on the vehicle that I was aware of. So obviously I had hoped it would be a quick diagnosis and offer to fix. Bit dissapointed with Click Mechanic. Not sure I would use the service again. Sorry. Read more

Would highly recommend Sean, he just replaced my timing belt and was a very difficult job. Even though we had to wait a few days for the parts to arrive he assured us that everything would be in working order once work was completed, extremely trustworthy and knowledgeable. I would definitely go back to Sean if I have any other car problems.

Only had half the parts needed to do my job and ended up scratching my paint work with his belly and metal belt buckle then wouldn't accept that he did the damage even when confronted with photo proof.
