Land Rover Freelander 2 Interim Service

My car had aim interim service which was carried out professionally. The guys provided a Report of the condition of the car and explained that no further work was required at the moment but to keep a eye on the front brakes as they would need replaced in a few thousand miles.
If your looking for good service and honesty from a garage then I can’t recommend them enough

Citroen C1 Clutch replacement

rubbish this was the 31/0720
i was given a time 10am to 12am didnt arrive to 2.30 pm told car coudnt drive would need a transporter which would arrive within 20 minutes two hours later it arrived
mechanic said it would be fixed that night and returned ha ha what a laugh
on 01/08/20 i recieved my car at 4.30
this was for a clutch repair on a citreon c1
it was one excuse after another
also i had to pay £40 for transporter yet it stated repair at home
i want be recommending this company to anybody

Hi and I am sorry you feel this way we try our very best to keep our customers happy I can apologise for arriving late for the appointment we had a problem wich had a knock on effect for all my customers that day soni kept all my customers informes about the delay. with regards to the complaint about having the vehicle recovered I did not force you to have your vehicle recovered you could have declined this option if you did not want to pay any extra I accepted the booking simply because you had stated the vehicle was drivable and when I contacted you on the phone you clarified the vehicle was drivable however when i got to the vehicle i carried out a stall test to test the clutch and with the engine running and 5th gear selected foot removed from clutch the vehicle did not stall and had no drive whatsoever and I made the decision that the vehicle was not fit to be driven on the public roads and when I showed you the results of the stall test and explained my apprehensions about driving the vehicle you admitted youdid get stuck a few times and just made it home was your words so the decision was made to have the vehicle recovered for 40 pounds wich you agreed to pay but did not and I had to pay this when the driver arrived at the garage I can only go on the time the recovery driver given me and is not employed bye me he is a sub contractor i will apologise again for the delay and that your vehicle was not returned that day I wish you all the best for the future many thanks Stephen cairney
