Andy was terrific I was just annoyed with office the said 10-12 but he came from Manchester and didn't get to me til 4 that was not good.

Andy fitted the replacement alternator under trying weather conditions remaining cheerful throughout.

Hi, I am not happy with the service I received at all and would like a full refund as the problem was NOT identified correctly which a car overheating inspection should do. You will see from the booking receipt that the conclusion was that the pipes were split, they were not and I have had it confirmed that it was the relay causing the fan not to work which has been a much cheaper job. I have had the work done and proof that this was the issue as car now fine. I was quoted approx £200 for the job as needed to be taken to garage for an inappropriate job. This was further to being told that it was probably the pump prior to any inspection being carried out (not a good approach) as this is the most expensive part. In addition, I was told if i had approached the mechanic direct I could have got a cheaper inspection. My question, do they work for ClickMechanic or themselves?
