Marcus was friendly and efficient. He responded very quickly to my initial request for an urgent fix (a stuck disc brake caliper) the next day. He kept me informed when the supplier delayed the new part delivery and still came to do the job that day, keeping me updated on his arrival time. He also returned promptly when I queried an aspect of the repair to check that all was well - and indeed it was. Thank you Marcus.

Marcus was excellent. He was prompt, polite, very efficient, fitted the alternator quickly and then explained how long I should leave the car running to charge up the battery. I had a follow-up query the next day which he responded to immediately and his response resolved this issue. This is the first time I've used ClickMechanic and I was really impressed by the quality of the service and will definitely use again if I have any more car problems in the future.
