Perfect service. Collected car for MOT, dropped it back and kept me updated throughout. Great value too.

I couldn't comment on the mechanic's quality of work or punctuality of work but I feel communication was quite hard especially since it was my first time using clickmechanic. I got charged a cancellation fee which is the only downside.

Happy with the diagnosis. Told that the rocker cover gasket failed.
Repair work failed and was told I needed another gasket and rocker cover which was warped. Seeing as the the first gasket was £200 was told would be able to claim the cost of the gasket back.
I was on holiday at the time and had no Internet so had to rely on a weak phone signal. On getting back home found the gaskets were only £40 max. Wondered why and asked Mechanic, was told he would try to get refund but have heard nothing more. Feel I have been ripped off as rocker cover should have been checked before being replaced and doubling the cost. Charged £220 for new rocker cover quoted £160 to £200 on phone found online for less than £100. Read more

My mechanic was amazing...really polite and helpful. He came to collect my car and brought it back the next day, much before expected...Really good service and excellent communication. Will use him again without hesitation.

The guy was quite friendly and knew what he was on about. Took 2 days to do and timing chain and then charged me over £100 more than what was quoted. Lefts rubbish and a spoon all in my car and threw the stuff I had in the little middle compartment but everywhere
