The usual smooth and efficient service from ClickMechanic and I cannot recommend Shammy and Road Angels highly enough.

Booked in for an MOT, full service, brakes, timing belt and with the instruction to go over it and sort anything that wasn’t spot on. Road Angels didn’t let me down. Shammy called me to let me know the bits that weren’t quite right and, after I told him to go ahead and sort, it came back feeling like a new van.

Am I pleased with what I received from Road Angels? Let’s just say Shammy will be doing all the work required on the van in the future.

I am completely disillusioned with Click Mechanic and will never use them again. Their system allows a mechanic to accept a job even if they are over 50 miles away. They claim the confirmation email states the location of the mechanic but it doesn’t or it didn’t in my case. I raised numerous cases and contacted the company direct but they were are closed without my knowledge and I have had to absorb £30 petrol on top of the price. Not only that the car was returned as filthy as I ve ever seen it. I raised numerous ‘complaints’ about this sending in photos but they claimed it was just normal filth from the road which it most definitely wasn’t. It must have been driven up a dirt track or something. Click Mechanic continually batted away any responsibility for a dissatisfied customer and simply closed my complaint without my knowledge. Totally unacceptable customer service and would would never recommend anyone using them as there is no come back for customer issues. Read more

I was very happy with Shamshad. The communication was great!
The advisories on MOT have been explained to me. He brought my car back and put the keys through a letter box so I could carry on with my day and didn't have to stay at home and wait for him. Everything was good.

Friendly and very helpful. Haven't driven the car yet but pleased with everything so far

Car needed new clutch all working good no problems many thanks would use again.
