There was a hiccup in starting the job when the mechanic called at the wrong house and left without phoning me or speaking to me. After I phoned them a mechanic eventually arrived and collected the car and returned it many hours later. He was very pleasant and friendly but could not speak much English.
The fault appears to have been fixed but I haven't had a chance to check properly yet. There was no feedback about the actual repair.

Sadly there are grease marks on the carpets, a passenger seat and door lining.

The system worked very well online to book and arrange the repair and I would use the system again.

They were brilliant. The replacement part was fitted quickly and efficiently, and the service was good value and very convenient. The new wing mirror looks great and works well.

Unfortunately, the mechanic couldn’t come at the scheduled early morning time slot, as the replacement part hadn’t arrived overnight. However, he gave me a call to let me know and still arrived later that morning.
