Shamsad was great, arrived at 8am on the dot, MOT done within 2 hours and a phone call to confirm it was all OK and car received back that afternoon.

Shamshad was friendly, polite and did a good job.
He came to pick up the car but was unable to take it because the battery was dead. No complaints he just booked us back in with instructions on charging the battery. Shamshad was quick to reply to my many questions.

Sham was in contact beforehand, explained what would happen and was punctual. He asked for info on the fault, have a clear explanation of the work needed/ why and fixed the fault with no issues. Would recommend him.

My mechanic was good took longer than I expected worried when I saw he was working in a shed in a field but he ended up doing a fine job

Shamshad was prompt arriving just before 10am (mentioned between 10-12). I didn’t understand the driver too well but the mechanic was very helpful. No physical MOT certificate but I did get a report of the works completed. I didn’t realise I would be without a car for almost 6 hours and why they had to travel so far away (1 hour to Aylesbury from Bedford) to complete works. A heads up on this prior would have been helpful.
