They were so efficient helpful and knowledgeable so I had complete confidence in their initial visit and diagnosis,this was folowed up with prompt action,quote and immediate start once quote was accepted.
They took car away safely as arrange ,the car was then finished and back in my driveway well before their promised return.I could not have asked for a better first hand experience of their service and will be my first port of call for any future car problems.

They did not do well at all, infact so much so I had to raise a dispute but we all know how that is going to end. They have the money I have a defective vehicle. Why does clickmechanic pay the mechanic without knowing wether or not the job has successfully been completed. They are taking the word of the mechanic and in my case the job wasn't complete to satisfaction. Perhaps in future clickmechanic should hold onto the money until they get customer feedback. If I were to go to the garage myself I wouldn't be paying the bill until I was satisfied with the job
