James contacted me shortly after I completed my online order. He arranged a time that suited both of us and he was punctual. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me a solution. He phoned a local stockist for a replacement part and fitted it for me. He knows his stuff and saved me about 50% on the price of the replacement part by using a trade stockist instead of a High Street retailer. I would highly recommend him to friends/ family.

James was brilliant. He called half an hour before arrival to let me know he was on his way. No mucking about, straight to the job in hand and worked at pace to get the job done. His manner was extremely polite and reassuring. Made me feel comfortable that I was receiving quality work. Bravo James for a brilliant experience.

Great service, good communication. Unfortunately he was unable to fix initially due to problem being worse than expected, (Thought it was just a snapped belt, but tensioner had blown apart too) and didn't have the tensioner so had to source one. Came back next day to collect the car due to poor weather, took it to his garage and dropped it off again once repaired.
Great service and good value for money.
