I was a little anxious using this service for the first time (including whether I would be pressured into having more work done than necessary). My fears were unfounded. Adam was good at communicating from the first contact. The price was good for the job (a new slave cylinder) and included VAT (which often is not added - so no nasty surprises). Adam offered to do the work earlier than arranged as he was in the area which was really appreciated. Adam and his colleague did the work efficiently, showed me the damaged part and made sure I was happy and tested the clutch before leaving.
