Joe was great. Called ahead of time to see if he could come a day early, giving several hours notice. Texted when 20 minutes away so I was prepared. Got the job done super quickly and even reattached the alarm I’d had to rip out. Really friendly and pleasant manner and helpful explanations. Would highly recommend.

Joe was very professional and carried out the works within the time frame; he explained the works done in detail, tested it upon completion and reassured me should there be any issues.

Joe was great messed the car came with all the required replacement parts, and advised on an issue caused by other previous person who worked on it. He is due to fix the issue. He is very experienced, knowledgeable, skilled and understands his profession. I would definitely recommend him and continuously use his services.

Work was carried out on the agreed date, very satisfied with the result. Kept me up to date with ordering of parts etc which was helpful.

Can't fault the service one bit. Explained everything the team was doing and going to do.

Joe was fantastic and although my problem is not going to be fixed as I hoped, joe done everything he could.

He was on time made contact prior to arrival however through no fault of his the work wasn't carried out as a previous garage had broken my wheel locking nut!!

I had a booking arranged with Joe but a couple of days before he sent me a message saying he was in my area and if it was ok with me he could do the job on my car that day - it was ok so he gave me a time he would be with me. A bit later he messaged me saying he was 35 minutes away and sure enough, on time, he turned up. He did the job at the roadside in good time and off he went.

Joe was professional, punctual, communication was great and I would have no hesitation in using him again.

And all considerably cheaper than taking it to a garage. What's not to like?

Joe and his mate were amazing. Joe explained the issues clearly once they had carried out the diagnosis. i understood what the issue was.
Pleasant personality too; i would definitely recommend him and i have no hesitation using his services again.
