First time we've used this service and so we were unsure what to expect compared to normal garage repairs.
The whole experience was easy / practical from start to finish. Knowing the EGR valve needed replacing, we were given a competitive quote for the work using a new OEM part.
The mechanic 'Joe' had excellent communications prior to arriving between the selected date / time. He arrived punctually and got on to fix it in the estimated time of 1-2hrs. Fault codes cleared and vehicle fixed. 'Joe' showed us the failed EGR valve.
