Phoned ahead of repair explaining about the part that was needed and informed me about how much it would cost.
Contacted me 20 minutes ahead of arrival and once here carried out the repair professionally.
Would recommend and use again if needed in the future.

I found Joe to be of a happy disposition and very approachable as was his colleague (i don't know his name). They were very knowledgeable and informative and answered all my questions immediately and without prevarication. Their approach was upbeat and positive which put me at my ease. Please pass on my thanks to them for their professional approach and service.

On another note I found trying to book the repairs to my car via your website to be impossible. For some reason it would not allow me to proceed. It gave a telephone number to ring if I had problems. I rang the number and a recorded message said the lines were open daily from 9am to 5pm but then said all lines were closed. This was about 2.15pm !!!! In the end I had to go back to your main website and go through the whole procedure again to book the repair.

If possible, I would like Joe and colleague to effect the fitting of a new battery. Their service and attitude were great.

Joe was very good , turned up at agreed time , polite and straight to work , informed me I needed extra work which was carried out brilliantly Thankyou

I was happy with the work he done
He couldn't fit the part in the time they gave as he had to go and pick it up as it wasn't their and had to go back when they had it in so was late for the repair but did keep me up to date to let me know he was 2hours late but not his fault as I mentioned. Good man to to talk to and very apologising.

Joe is punctual friendly and a good mechanic. I am very happy with the work carried out and highly recommend him!
