Was stranded in London, guys came out and worked until my vehicle was fixed allowing me to get home. Job seems to be a good one as it has held since so far. Kept me updated when they were delayed with traffic and well informed with the additional costs due to job taking longer that planned. No complaints at all from my end.

The Mechanis was absolutely fantastic as was his boss when we had to rectify the booking that was handled very poorly by the online team who despite advising me that they had rectified the job for the actual issue, clearly did not after two/three requests to do so,
But really happy the mechanic did not have a wasted journey and was able to fix the van for me
