Chris was very friendly, professional and, most importantly, able to complete the job as promised outside my house! My alternator clutch had sheared off. It was £40 cheaper than any local garage and no garage could fit me in for 2 weeks, this was NEXT DAY! Thanks for getting me out of a tight spot.

Yes very friendly and knowledgable. I am pleased with the work carried out, however I still think nearly £200 for for the work done and time taken was excessive. I will probably not use Click Mechanic again as it's cheaper to go straight to a mechanic directly.
Also on the issue of payment, I was extremely irritated and shocked that you tried to asses weather or not I had funds in my account to pay for work YET to be done! only then to receive a message telling me unless funds to cover the planned work were available the booking would be cancelled and I would incur a penalty fee! This is something I am taking further to my Bank to see what they have to say on the matter.
