The mechanic was unable to fix my car and only repeated what the last mechanic (also from ClickMechanic) tried to do - I needed a Nissan specialist and requested one, and he wasn't. Very disappointed in your system, though I do not think it was his fault. Will be warning friends to avoid ClickMechanic.

This was such a good service, I was able to organise this with my busy work schedule as just communicated initially online then via email then on the phone to the mechanic. This was cheaper than taking my car to VW main dealer where I would have to have taken time off work. A great service Thanks

This was a pre-purchase check done in my absence so the lack of punctuality didn't matter to me and I couldn't have been happier with the mechanic. He was cheerful, very knowledgeable and usefully frank about the condition of the car, the likely cost of further work and his opinion of the price. Even went so far as to recommend a good dealership he knew. Top service. Would definitely recommend it and will be using it again.
