Completed half the job which was a simple wheel change.
Returned to house after leaving saying he had lost his wallet.
Reply from Dan:
To fit the aftermarket air horn kit you supplied would take 2hrs which I told you this... you booked to replace the horn (standard fitment) not a air horn kit then asked me to check if it was definitely the horn at fault so I checked and diagnosed for definite it was the horn. Yes I did loose my wallet just returned to check it hadn't fallen out of my pocket into your van... ?

Although my wife booked the mechanic I met him outside on our forecourt. He arrived on time and although the work was very quick we did have a talk and he was very polite and pleasure to deal with. I was impressed with the response in getting the spare part and the fixing of the problem.
