Bogan was brilliant, punctual and polite. He explained what he was doing to me and showed the broken spring, that was the cause of the problem. He replaced both springs and shocks in less than ideal weather conditions. I would highly recommend him to carry out repairs

fitter identified missing dust caps but explanation given cannot be understood by local garage to fix, repair updates state pictures on website but when I login cannot find any current or past bookings?

The team that undertook the work on our car did a great job, the work was requested pm of day 1 and the replacement discs and pads front and back was done the following day, the service was great and the staff were very friendly. I would recommend click mechanic to anyone, this is the 2nd time I have used them.

I thought the video from Bogdan was really good too - I've never really seen the bottom of my car, so it was really useful to actually see the underbody and get a good idea of the condition. I've not really had this level of personal care from other garages so I'm really pleased.

Bogdan was highly efficient. His inspection video was very detailed and helpful. His main concern was for my safety ( terrible tyres! ).
