Had booked for a Monday morning collection. Received a courtesy call on Saturday evening to check the time was still okay and whether I was fine with the car potentially being with them for the day. Collection was prompt, at 8:20 for 8-10am slot. Car was delivered back before 12 noon. Excellent service and the problem is resolved as far as I can tell after a short drive.
