Stefan arrived on time and was very informative, friendly yet remained professional.
I ordered the full upgrade to replacing my current brakes with Brembo discs, pads and pad wear indicators for my Jag XF 3.0D S.
Since I had taken the day off, I watched Stefan so as to get more of an insight into car maintenance.
Stefan had absolutely no problem in me being there; in fact was very courteous and explained step-by-step as to what he was doing.
All in all a very likeable, polite yet extremely professional mechanic.
The chap really knows his stuff.
