Kingsley arrived on time and was very helpful. He took his time to explain what the problem was and how it could be resolved. I was very worried but my fears were allayed. Top notch service!

I am not intirely happy with the service.
I have told the mechanic that the sound came from the engine bay and that it only made quite a few noise after 30mph and with increased velocity the noise gets worse.
He pointed out that the problem was on the cat (Cat blocked). I have asked him to go for a ride in the car so that I could show him the problem and he said he did not need it, because the problem was on the cat.

We turned the car on and accelerated it but the noise wasn't there, because as I told him it only becomes obvious when you are driving and the velocity (not the acceleration) increases. I told him that the engine did not lost power.

Very good awaiting part for next booking

He was brilliant, Shahbaz arrived on time with the correct part, asked me to confirm the work, then explained what he was going to do, replace the fuel pump, which he did and the car started. I'm more than happy as I needed the car running over Xmas.
