Peugeot 1007 Diagnostic Inspection

The guy wasn't great, he arrived on time and try to help but nothing really happened. I needed a mechanic to check/fix and issue with my Peugeot 1007 and the mechanic didn't know anything about the car.
He scratch the door electric contacts. Thinking that was the problem and then he said we need to take the car to an electric! (I wrote the car issue expecting to get a person with knowledge on that kind of issues) i was charged by you over £50 to tell me to get my car to other place?
I feel very disappointed and with the feeling of 'I have been coned' :(

I cleaned contacts because door would not open remotely after I checked and cleaned dirty contacts on doors and door posts after that we closed the doors and locked the car then we tried it and it worked.
I then told the customer that if it happens agin that he would have to get the central locking and door opening electric control system checked as the doors are opened by electric motors that are activated by control contact switches. This is unfair that, after getting this done u heard the news from the customer in such way !!! Thanks anyway
