I really liked the guy. He and I both did a short test drive after he had finished and everything seemed ok. I have just done a longer test drive and have noticed that when I turn the steering wheel fuil lock I can hear the same metal banging noise from the same area but very slight, nothing like it was. Only drive car a few miles a day so shall monitor the situation. Will not contact you unless it gets considerably worse. Regards, Darren

Job was done well but machanic was 1.5 hours late had no contact till I messaged the resolution center then I got a call at 16.15 when my slot was 14:00-16:00 to say he was running late and could not get to me till 18:00 local resident was annoyed as machanic had spilt some oil on the floor

Mohammed was very polite and punctual. He took a little longer than normal for my disc and pads to be changed also the drums and shoes. Reason being he had to take my car to his garage because I had no drive and he didn't want to do it by the roadside. I was happy for him to take my car but I live in Coventry and his garage was in Birmingham hence the little more time. I would recommend mohammed I had no problems with his work.

He was on time ! He was courteous , polite a bit shy . He diagnosed the problem ! Reset the car and recommended a full service after inspecting a few things he thought may require some attention!

Very happy with mohammed,he did have to wait a few days to obtain the part,so couldn,t do the job untill wednesday! But i,m happy with the job he did!

Was struggling to sort my fan belt out but went further out his way to fix the car went above and beyond what I paid for, and he did get problem fixed. Was friendly and didn't seem to mind sorting car out in street with it pouring down with rain. Great job.

The work was carried out quickly, and I was very pleased with the result. The breakdown happened over a bank holiday, so he visited to see the job, and as soon as somewhere was open for the part, he fitted it immediately, very pleased...

I think a different mechanic showed up but he didn't talk much. Was over an hour late and took 3 hours to do the work instead of the 1 hour it should have. Happy with the work though.
