The chaps who collected my car were late doing so, but they had phoned and told me that they were stuck in traffic. They were friendly. Having paid the price shown online for a full service and MOT I was thunderstruck to learn by email the following day, while my car was still away at the garage, that I had been charged more than 5 times that amount, with no advanced warning. OK, so the work must have been necessary; however I am not able to comment on the quality of the work, which I'm hoping proves to be first-class, but I feel that communication was badly lacking on this occasion.

He checked the car and that was okay for me, they were very professional as well

Can't fault the work so very pleased. However due to them being busy pickup was later than advised.
Also car wasn't returned until next day; there was no communication about this.

Great service and excellent communication. Checked in prior to booking to advise of what was going to happen and kept me updated on the work.

The mechanic was very friendly and helpful and I would definitely recommend them. Unfortunately the additional small job that I wanted them to do ( which they didn’t charge for) didn’t work and so I had to go to another local garage to get it fixed.

Dave explained what work needed to be carried out well and undertook it efficiently.
They arrived within the specified time and the process was painless. Service, MOT, and additional work all completed well and at a reasonable price within a great timescale.

Chris was amazing! Worked quickly, fantastic communication and work completed!
