Excellent, friendly service to diagnose cooling fault on Jaguar XF 3.0l diesel. Explained the issue clearly and has provided evidence which I hope will result in refund on car due to this being a suspected known issue with the dealer. My mechanic was Dave from DK Autos. Well what can I say other than a mechanic from heaven if ever there was one. Dave had a major job on my Mercedes’ S Class after rodents severely damaged over a 120 wiring components in my vehicle. Plus lots more for the MOT. Dave communicated with me every few days, giving me updates and always trying to source parts needed that little bit cheaper to help me out, I’m very aware this must of been time consuming in itself. He is very much customer focused and very good at his job. I would definatly recommend Dave to fix your car and without doubt will be using him from now on. Dave was brilliant. Kept me updated all the way on what was a significant job and never felt pressured, just informed. Very knowledgeable and would wholeheartedly recommend.

Service was on time, pre-warned by courtesy call. Diagnosis of the problem was prompt and quoted immediately. Repair carried out 24 hrs later by agreement.
Couldn’t ask for more (except having it done for free😎).
