Charged too much to replace a thermostat housing and week later i t showed thermostat problems.

Picked it up on time, and then gave me a call to run through the MOT half an hour before dropping it back off.

Poor communication from the company, told that my car would be ready within the hour (at midday) only for the car to be returned at 17:30. Telephone number on the service report doesn’t even connect to the company.

Only contacted after I told the driver that I would be placing a negative review that I was called and told that the “wrong” fuel filter had been delivered and that they had to wait to show clickmechanic the work was complete. The invoice to say my work was complete arrived at 12:44.

My mechanic was very polite and explained all of the work that was done and the work that was needed. I intend to use them again in the coming year to have repairs carried out on my vehicle. Would recommend it to friends.

Brilliant very fair and good knowledge kept informed regularly. Turned out to be less of a job than was thought was honest about this so cost less than originally thought. Very highly recommended by Me. Thank you Danny and your team!

Great customer service and communication, all work carried out to a high standard and pictures provided of the parts replaced and changed. Vehicle was promptly returned and cleaned prior to being delivered back to me.
