First contact was with a very polite Jenna, arranging collection. Made feel at ease after a 930pm the previous evening booking a service online. Spoke with Dan the mechanic to answer a query. Never used this platform before and hugely impressed. From the ease of the app through to collection and delivery back, all done. Finding real service qualities becomes harder, but have found quality service in Dan's Automotive.
