Communication was poor as when the car was dropped off, it was parked at the wrong house (next door) and key posted through the wrong letterbox.

I didn't meet the mechanic as the car was taken elsewhere. The car appears to have been serviced comprehensively anyway and dropped back off after 3 hours so overall decent service and would use again.
