Arrived to collect my car within the time-slot advised. There was a slight delay with the work carried out due to some unforeseen circumstances (parts-supplier had sent out an incomplete kit), but no real inconvenience to me . . . and ClickMechanic promptly telephoned me to advise the slight delay. Car seems to be driving fine now, so a big thumbs-up from me!

The mechanic rang at 2 as I'd arranged car pick up between 2-4..I was on my way home from work so we arranged a time...car was picked up at 2.20 and returned at 3.10 all done and dusted...the problem I had has gone and the guy gave some info on the job carried out and was very helpful

Pick up and drop off spot on clutch feels very snatchy I hope it’s only bedding in and doesn’t need bleeding

The Mechanic turned up on time as specified, collected the car, returned 1.1/2 hrs later with the car and the new alternator replaced, cleaned my car also.

Fantastic MOT and Service. My car was picked at home and returned to my door. I had a phone call from my mechanic to say they found one item that needed to be fixed and this was done without any charge. Would definitely use this service again, nice to come across someone who believes in service.
