Appointment was set-up very promptly after request was submitted.

I completed the provided questionnaire to give the garage some prior information, very handy feature.

Car was collected on the agreed date and within the agreed time-frame, all I had to do was pass the key to the mechanic once he had arrived.

I was advised that I will be contacted should anything come up.

Thankfully, car passed its MOT.

They also identified a creaking/ knocking noise from the near-side front wheel and once I had the vehicle back, the noise was gone and the car felt better than ever!
