Kalim was very polite clear and concise with all the work carried out on my BMW.
He sent me step by step videos of what he’s doing with regards to the parts included in the service and also other works that needed to be carried out on my vehicle.
He collected my vehicle from my home and brought it back once the work was completed.

Paid £53.57 to get my car checked at home, mechanic came checked the car, opened the bonnet looked around and decided to go for a test drive, kalim drove the car in such a rough manner and later apologised and said he needed to check the engine. Came back  he revved the car to "death" we opened the bonnet found a burst pipe with engine coolant leaking,  prior to that there was no leakage. There was a plastic he was struggling to fit back he removed and, he couldn't, and he later said "I think it was like that before"  at that point, I realised he had no clue.Then he said to me bring the car in for further check or if he had to collect the car than I will have to pay extra charges, so I said was going to drop the car off to his garage we agreed on that. Asked him when to drop the car said he will send me a text today (same day on Wednesday)  prior to that, I advised him had 2 days off work to sort it out,  waited the rest of the day no sign of a text message, thursday all day didn't hear back from kalim. Friday @1:32pm at work, he rang me once and obviously couldn't pick his call because of company policies on mobile phone. Later that day I received a message from clickmechanic that kalim tried contacting me several times which I found dishonest , but to add insult to injury, kalim sent another quote through clickmechanic for £49.18 for further check when he had advised me to drop the car off without charge. I felt disgusted with his attitude towards me. and thought  would advise clickmechanic to closely monitor this mechanic attitude for their own reputation sake, found him very dishonest. Don't know how he got his rating, if I had the chance to give 0 star, I would. Beware of this guy!!! Read more

Kalim was very good. I had a battery problem and he sorted it out and got me up and running. He offered to follow me to make sure I didn't stall the car and kept the car secure whilst I left it running. Really pleased with the service and you can tell he wanted to do a good job and help out all he could.
