If you book your car for repair and the confirmation e-mail says Kalim is due to visit you are in Very, Very safe hands. Very professional, great communication and goes that extra mile. Even called to check it's OK to pick the car up early! His attitude toward customer service is the best I have ever received from a mechanic, including main dealers. Even sent photographic & Video updates via WhatApp, how great is that?

Kalim was fantastic. I’m very impressed with the customer service I’ve received. The level of detail and updates was very useful especially the video and photo updates which allowed me to exactly see the repair areas. Sadly due to the condition of my vehicle it make the repair more complex than I first anticipated but was left very reassured of a great job well done. Makes me more confident in our local mechanics.
