Kalim was great! The job ended up being bigger and more expensive than first anticipated. However, Kalim kept me informed throughout and checked with me before commencement of extra work. He also sent me videos of my car being worked on and showed me the problems giving comparisons - this was reassuring. Kalim also sorted my fuse for my cigarette lighter for my sat nav - thank you. Although there was extra work Kalim was honest and kind. Thank you.
