Great job, good price and quick turnaround

Superb customer experience, a garage who really care - as there were problems locating correct part Lucas of Autotek lent me a vehicle -

Total lack of communication was meant to arrive between 8 and 10' I rang at half ten to be told I had to take car to the garage. Was unable to reset the service interval correctly so had to return. Had no stamp so service book not stamped. Have a receipt with no mileage on it which fir me is really important for a timing belt change. Really not impressed whatsoever

I'm not to shore about the compatibility of the part . I have the money to buy for the party .

Very pleased with the speed of the work. The car was worked on later than I expected but was not mechanics fault. Excellent customer service.

I was very pleased with the service I received

Although our mechanic was a very nice guy we feel we paid £47 for nothing really as all he did was tell us what we already knew that the car was damp and needed to be dried out. He also told us that he did not think it was the starter motor. The car has been dried out but still is not working. We are now waiting for a garage to come and collect it. More money and are currently driving around in a hire car...nore money!
