Work done was to a good standard and quickly, once he arrived.
Only criticisms are punctuality and communication.
A 2 hour slot should be adhered to - don't expect to have to call 15 minutes after the slot had ended to be told will be another 45 minutes. I understand that things change, but a phone call advising changes would be much better.

Mehboob was very helpful, identified the issue quickly, fixed it, explained to me the issue and stayed around to be sure it stayed fixed

No complaints they even cleaned my car without asking. Job was done perfectly.
