My mechanic was fantastic found the fault and talked about what he was doing.
My only problem is the % that's add to the quote £360 I had other Quotes around £180 from other garages.
Guess what went eles where please get other quotes before expecting a quote from these guy's.

Very friendly. Arrived early. Carried out what was stipulated- diagnostics to identify issues with doors and a vehicle service.

However, when the diagnostics identified the issue - I was told part would need to ordered in to fix the issue with my car and a separate quote would be sent. Instead I recieved an email from clickmechanic stating that further work was identified but unfortunately my mechanic couldn't complete the work. This has left me with a bill and no resolution. Not sure where the breakdown in communication was. I followed up with the mechanic and he seemed surprised that I had not recieved the quote.

Nainesh was excellent. He was punctual, polite, communicative, helpful... and he replaced my spark plugs, which was what I wanted him to do! He also gave further advice on the problem which will be useful when I take the car to my garage.

Nicest mechanic you could meet. Very knowledgeable and efficient, diagnosed my problem very quickly.
