Nainesh was very prompt and helpful. he tried his best to get my Mercedes to start but parts were needed. he explained everything well.

Very friendly mechanic who communicated exceptionally way, unfortunately he diagnosed that there wasn't anything wrong with my DPF, put a bottle of additive in to my fuel and recommended I took the car out for a long run, although I had already done that and it didn't clear the issue.
In the end I had to take my car in to VW who carried out a forced regeneration which cleared the issue, I feel I paid £168 for nothing, Such a shame!
Will not use again.

Nainesh arrived on time and communicated details of the problem well. Regrettably the problem was not as easy to resolve as I had hoped, that was not entirely surprising. Nainesh explained clearly why further work to trace the fault was required. i have already instructed the additional work from CM. and would be happy to have Nainesh carry it out if he is available.

The diagnosis was incorrect. The noise problem was actually a wheel bearing and there were no issues with the tyres. Also with 2 other inspections after mine I could see that he needed to get away quickly.

Nainesh looked at my car, was very professional & helpful. Explained everything & seemed honest in his reply's to my questions. Would highly recommend & will use them again if i need too.
