Russel and his collegaue although were misdirected to a different location via Sat NAV where he then stopped getting signal, Russell didn't give up and called me a couple of times to update where he is and He did reach my location. Both were very polite and friendly. They investigated and advised me that the ac tual problem is with Torque COnvertor which cost almost £200 and luckily I have 3 years warranty cover with AA who will do the replacement. Overall, I am very happy with Amazing and Fantastic Support from ClickMechanic and Russell.
